Marriage Certificate of Parents

Baptismal Form

If parents are not married they need to attend a Catechism Session.

Requirements must be submitted 2 weeks before the baptism date.

Schedule of Baptism Rites:

10:30 am

If parents are married: Saturday or Sunday

If parents are not married: Saturday
